  • Our booking system will allow you to reschedule your booking up to 3 hours before your time slot.

Unfortunately our booking system won’t allow refunds but you can reschedule as many times as you like, up to 3 hours prior to your slot.

  • Yes of course. Please use Acuity Scheduling to book sessions and select consecutive times when booking.

  • If no times are showing for the day, then unfortunately, we are fully booked. Others may reschedule their booking and a slot may become available so keep checking back.

  • Unfortunately if you are late arriving, you will still need to leave the field at your designated time to ensure other users are able to enjoy their full session.

  • The system we use does not allow two bookings at once. We sometimes find that one person has come on the wrong day or time.

If this happens and you are unsure, please contact us and we will be able to check.

  • If you are using the field to walk your dog and you are an emergency service worker, we offer a 10% discount. Please contact us prior to booking via our email for a discount code. We will require proof of emergency worker staff ID.

  • Hollym Secure Dog Walking Field, Withernsea Road (A1033), Withernsea, East Yorkshire, HU192BY.

We are located 100 yards north of the Hollym Crossroads junction.

  • The field is open between the hours of 7AM to 9PM - 365 days of the year.

You must pre-book and pay for a session prior to your visit. You will have exclusive use of the field during your booked slot.

You can book up to a year in advance so if you wish, you can book the same slot every week.

We provide some lighting in the field however visiting us in the dark is optional and you may need a torch.

  • The field is surrounded by a 2 metre fence and has two entry points. We have a double gated entry area which you can drive into and secure the gate behind you prior to your dog exiting the car. There is also a small parking area with a standard gate to enter the field also. Both gates will be clearly signposted.

  • The field is in a rural location, surrounded by arable farmland. For this reason local farmers may be carrying out pest control or have pigeon scarers on at certain times of they year (usually late autumn and in the late winter/spring - when the young crops are easily destroyed by grazing pigeons and rabbits).

This is out of our hands, but we wanted to make you aware of it in case you have a very noise sensitive dog.

We also have two horses in a field adjacent to the dog field and will be grazing all year round (but they will ignore your dogs).

  • We ask that you stay in your vehicle until the start of your time slot, cars are allowed to arrive in the car park up to ten minutes early. Therefore we would advise you book an hour slot, arrive after the start time of the slot, and leave at least ten minutes before the end of the slot.

We also have an ‘optional In-field’ parking area at the field so that you can drive into the field with no chance of seeing another dog.

  • Please supervise your dogs carefully on the play equipment.

Dogs should not be encouraged to jump until they have finished growing (12-18 months depending on the breed) so please stick to the lower equipment and obedience training until then.

Please also be careful with overweight dogs, or tired dogs as this can result in the early onset of arthritis or other health problems.

If any equipment looks damaged, please let us know and do not use it. All equipment is checked regularly to ensure safety.

Play equipment is there for dogs to use and not for children/adults.

  • We are proud to use ‘What3Words’ - a system which has divided the world into 3 metre squares and given each square a unique combination of three words.

These combination of words are recognised by emergency services worldwide, and it’s the easiest way of sharing your exact location if needed.
